电池系统日常维护

定期检查电池状态

每次作业前后,需检查电池外观是否存在鼓包、渗漏、外壳破损等情况,同时查看接线端子有无松动、氧化现象,若发现异常需及时处理,避免影响电池供电稳定性。

正确把控充电流程

充电前需清理电池充电接口的灰尘与杂物,确保连接紧密;选择通风良好的环境进行充电,避免在高温、潮湿或密闭空间内操作;严格遵循设备说明书的充电时长要求,避免过度充放电,减少电池损耗。

注意电池环境防护

日常存放时,需将叉车停放在干燥、通风的区域,避免长时间暴露在烈日或雨雪环境中;冬季低温环境下,可适当缩短充电间隔,提升电池活性。

车身与底盘部件维护

日常清洁与外观检查

每次作业结束后,及时清理车身表面的灰尘、油污及杂物,防止腐蚀部件;定期检查车架结构有无变形、焊缝开裂等情况,确保车身整体强度符合作业要求。

行走系统部件养护

检查轮胎磨损程度,若花纹深度低于规定值需及时更换;定期紧固轮毂螺栓,清理行走机构内的杂物,避免卡滞影响行驶;适时对转向系统的销轴、连杆部位加注润滑油,保证转向灵活。

装卸部件检查

操作与控制系统维护

操控部件功能检查

每次启动前,测试方向盘、刹车、油门的灵敏度,确认无卡顿、滞后现象;检查货叉升降、前倾后仰等操作是否顺畅,若出现异响或操作不畅需及时排查。

电气系统日常养护
