實測前的準備工作

模擬真實作業的實測過程

從充電完成並斷開電源後開始計時,全程模擬倉儲作業的典型流程:叉取托盤貨物、水平搬運至指定區域、將貨物堆高至3米高度、卸下貨物後返回取貨點,重複此循環作業。實測過程中不刻意放慢操作節奏,也不降低負載,儘可能還原真實的作業強度。期間實時關注電量顯示,當電量剩餘10%時停止作業,記錄總作業時長。

實測結果與分析

經過完整的實測流程,GX15堆高車單次充電後的連續作業時長約爲7.5小時,累計完成近300次貨物搬運循環。需要說明的是,這個時長並非固定值,會受到多種因素影響:若作業時負載達到額定載重、環境溫度低於10℃,續航時長可能略有縮短;而輕負載作業、環境溫度適宜時,續航時長可適當延長。此外,平穩的操作方式也能減少電量消耗,提升續航表現。
