从充电完成并断开电源后开始计时,全程模拟仓储作业的典型流程:叉取托盘货物、水平搬运至指定区域、将货物堆高至3米高度、卸下货物后返回取货点,重复此循环作业。实测过程中不刻意放慢操作节奏,也不降低负载,尽可能还原真实的作业强度。期间实时关注电量显示,当电量剩余10%时停止作业,记录总作业时长。

实测结果与分析

经过完整的实测流程,GX15堆高车单次充电后的连续作业时长约为7.5小时,累计完成近300次货物搬运循环。需要说明的是,这个时长并非固定值,会受到多种因素影响:若作业时负载达到额定载重、环境温度低于10℃,续航时长可能略有缩短;而轻负载作业、环境温度适宜时,续航时长可适当延长。此外,平稳的操作方式也能减少电量消耗,提升续航表现。
