Đặc điểm kỹ thuật chu kỳ bảo trì sạc và xả

Thời gian bảo trì sạc

Trong quá trình sử dụng hàng ngày, khi lượng điện còn lại của xe tải giảm xuống khoảng 20%, cần sạc kịp thời để tránh xả quá mức ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất pin. Mỗi lần sạc phải đảm bảo đủ thời gian, sau khi bộ sạc hiển thị đầy thì mới duy trì sạc nổi 1-2 giờ, đảm bảo lượng pin bão hòa. Ngoài ra, sau khi hoàn thành mỗi 5-7 lần sạc hàng ngày, chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên thực hiện một thao tác sạc và xả sâu, tức là để lượng điện pin tiêu thụ đến khoảng 10% trước khi sạc đầy, giúp hiệu chỉnh dung lượng pin và kéo dài tuổi thọ pin. Nếu xe tải dừng trong thời gian dài, cần phải sạc lại mỗi tháng một lần để ngăn pin bị mất điện.

Thời gian bảo trì xả

Trong quá trình vận hành hàng ngày, bạn nên cố gắng tránh xả một lần đến khi lượng điện dưới 10%, xả quá mức trong thời gian dài sẽ đẩy nhanh quá trình lão hóa của tấm pin. Thời gian vận hành liên tục được khuyến nghị không vượt quá 80% thời lượng pin định mức của thiết bị, nếu cần vận hành trong thời gian dài, bạn có thể trang bị pin dự phòng để sử dụng luân phiên. Khi xe tải đậu hơn 7 ngày, bạn cần sạc trước pin đến 50% -70%, tránh mất điện lâu dài dẫn đến suy giảm hiệu suất pin.

Khi sạc nên chọn môi trường thông gió tốt và khô ráo, tránh sạc ở nhiệt độ cao, độ ẩm hoặc khí ăn mòn. Thường xuyên kiểm tra dây điện và phích cắm của bộ sạc, nếu phát hiện hư hỏng, lỏng lẻo, v.v., cần thay thế hoặc buộc chặt kịp thời để tránh tiếp xúc kém trong quá trình sạc.

Bảo trì pin hàng ngày

Thường xuyên làm sạch bụi, chất điện phân còn sót lại trên bề mặt pin, giữ cho bề ngoài của pin khô và sạch sẽ, ngăn chặn sự tích tụ bụi dẫn đến ngắn mạch. Kiểm tra đầu cuối của pin, nếu phát hiện hiện tượng oxy hóa, lỏng lẻo, cần phải sử dụng các công cụ đặc biệt để làm sạch oxit và buộc chặt đầu cuối để đảm bảo truyền dòng điện ổn định. Nếu sử dụng pin axit chì, cần phải thường xuyên kiểm tra mức chất điện phân, khi mức chất lỏng thấp hơn đường quy mô tối thiểu, bổ sung nước cất kịp thời để tránh thiếu chất điện phân ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất của pin.

Kiểm tra mạch và kết nối

Thường xuyên kiểm tra dây kết nối của mạch sạc và xả của xe vận chuyển để xem có hư hỏng, lão hóa và các tình huống khác không, thay thế kịp thời khi phát hiện vấn đề. Kiểm tra tình hình tiếp xúc của giao diện sạc và xả, đảm bảo giao diện không bị ăn mòn, biến dạng, ngăn chặn tiếp xúc kém khi sạc dẫn đến giảm hiệu quả sạc. Đồng thời, kiểm tra xem cảm biến nhiệt độ và các thành phần khác của pin có hoạt động bình thường không, tránh ảnh hưởng đến quá trình sạc và xả do nhiệt độ bất thường.
