码头厂区的货物转运,通常涉及较重的集装箱附属配件、批量托盘物资,对叉车的载重能力、续航稳定性、场地适应性都有一定要求。近期,我们以电动叉车从业者的身份,跟随某港口配套厂区的运输班组,记录了一台5吨锂电叉车的连续3个白班作业过程。

早上7点半,厂区的转运区已经开始忙碌,一台5吨锂电叉车停在充电站旁,充电枪已经拔下。据当班驾驶员介绍,这台车采用的是快充慢充兼容的设计,前一天中班结束后剩余约20%电量,插上慢充桩经过8小时休息时间,电量已充满,满足当天约8小时的满负荷转运需求。快充功能主要用于临时补能,一般补能1小时左右就能支撑3到4小时的中等强度作业,比较适合突发的加急任务。

当天的主要任务,是将刚从集装箱卸货区拉来的金属件托盘,运到约500米外的加工车间暂存区。每个托盘加上金属件的总重量在4.2吨左右,属于厂区常见的重载区间。驾驶员坐进驾驶室,调整好座椅和后视镜后,启动车辆,没有明显的噪音和尾气排放,这一点和厂区内部分在用的内燃叉车形成了直观对比。厂区的道路虽然经过硬化,但偶尔会有小的坡度和坑洼,这台5吨锂电叉车在行驶过程中车身比较平稳,遇到坡度时动力输出也比较稳定,没有出现动力中断的情况。

到达暂存区后,驾驶员操作手柄举升托盘,整个举升过程比较顺畅,没有明显的晃动,举升至3米左右的高度后,平稳地将托盘放在指定的货架层。整个白班下来,这台5吨锂电叉车共完成了42趟重载转运,电量剩余约18%,符合预期的续航表现。驾驶员还提到,这台车的保养成本比之前开的内燃叉车低,不需要更换机油三滤,日常只需要检查轮胎、刹车、液压系统等常规部件即可。
