合理更换锂电叉车电池,首先要关注循环寿命参数,一般正规产品的标准完全充放电循环在两千到四千次左右,这里的完全充放电指的是电池电量从一百用到零再充满。实际使用中很少会做到完全放电,大多是电量剩余二十到三十就补充,这种浅充浅放的方式会让实际循环次数有所延长。另外还要看电池的衰减情况,当电池实际容量低于额定容量的七十到八十时,就需要考虑更换了,因为此时电池续航会大幅下降,无法满足日常作业需求。
