重型电动叉车作为工业物流领域的核心搬运设备,其持续稳定运行直接关联作业效率与运营成本,科学规范的日常运维是延长设备使用寿命的核心手段。

日常班前基础检查是保障设备安全运行的首要环节。首先要关注电池状态,查看剩余电量是否满足当日作业需求,检查电池外壳有无破损漏液痕迹,接线端子是否牢固无锈蚀,避免因电池故障引发中途停机。其次是行走系统检查,仔细查看轮胎磨损程度,确认胎面无裂纹、鼓包,测试刹车踏板灵敏度,保证行走与制动功能正常。最后是液压系统检查,观察液压油液位是否处于标准区间,检查油管、接头处有无渗漏痕迹,测试货叉升降、前倾后倾动作是否顺畅,无卡顿异响。

定期深度维护是延缓设备老化的关键步骤。针对电池,需根据电池类型定期养护,铅酸电池要适时补充蒸馏水,保持电解液液面高度,避免过度充放电,每次充电至额定容量的90%左右即可停止,延长电池循环寿命。对于电机与电控系统,要定期清洁散热组件表面的灰尘杂物,保证散热效果,检查线路绝缘层有无破损,接头是否松动,防止因过热或短路引发故障。同时,要关注易磨损部件,根据作业频次定期检查刹车片、密封件的磨损情况,一旦发现磨损超标及时更换,避免部件损坏扩大影响其他系统。

规范操作与故障预防是减少设备损耗的重要保障。作业过程中要严格遵循设备额定载重要求,避免超载搬运,减少车架、液压系统的额外负荷;操作时尽量避免急加速、急刹车、急转向,降低行走系统部件的磨损速度。设备存放时选择干燥通风的环境,避免电池受潮或电机部件锈蚀,长期闲置时需定期补充电池电量,防止亏电损坏。日常作业中若发现设备出现异响、动作卡顿、电量骤降等异常情况,要及时停机排查,切勿强行作业,小故障及时处理可避免引发更大的设备损坏。
