冷库电动叉车能耗的核心影响因素

作业环境的影响

冷库内部常年处于低温高湿环境,相比普通常温仓库,电动叉车的电池活性会出现一定程度下降,同等作业强度下能耗会高出15%到25%左右,长期在低温环境下启停作业,也会增加动力系统的额外能耗。如果库内存在结冰、路面湿滑的情况,轮胎摩擦力下降,也会进一步拉高行驶过程中的能耗水平。

作业负载的影响

附加损耗成本测算

多班次连续作业会加快电池、轮胎等易损件的损耗,低温环境下电池的更换周期会比常温环境缩短20%左右,分摊到每月的易损件折旧成本大概在800元到1200元之间,再加上日常维保费用,单台叉车每月的总作业成本大概在4400元到6600元区间。如果作业强度较高,相关成本还会有10%左右的上浮空间。
