基础操作流程

操作前准备

正式操作前,操作人员需对电动叉车进行全面检查,首先查看车身外观是否存在磕碰、变形等损伤情况,确认货叉无弯曲、裂痕,货叉定位销牢固可靠。接着检查电池电量是否充足,电量显示需满足作业需求,同时查看刹车系统、转向系统是否灵敏有效,液压管路有无渗漏现象,确保各部件状态正常后方可启动。

启动与行驶操作

将叉车钥匙插入点火开关,顺时针转动至通电位置,此时仪表盘亮起,确认各项指示灯显示正常。踩下制动踏板,将换挡杆切换至所需行驶档位,缓慢松开制动踏板,同时轻踩加速踏板控制行驶速度。行驶过程中需保持视线清晰,注意观察周围环境,转弯时提前减速,避免急转急停,确保行驶平稳。

装卸作业操作

接近货物时,缓慢行驶至合适位置,调整货叉间距与货物宽度匹配,然后操纵升降杆,将货叉平稳插入货物底部,确认货叉完全进入后,缓慢提升货叉,使货物离开地面一定高度即可,避免过度提升。搬运过程中保持货物平稳,避免晃动,到达卸货点后,缓慢降低货叉至地面,确认货物放置稳固后,抽出货叉完成作业。

停车操作

作业结束后,将叉车行驶至指定停车区域,踩下制动踏板使车辆停稳,将换挡杆切换至空档位,拉起手刹,然后关闭点火开关,拔出钥匙。最后检查货叉是否降至最低位置,确认车辆处于安全状态后方可离开。

作业安全注意事项

操作前安全检查

除常规外观和部件检查外,操作人员需确认自身状态良好,无疲劳、酒后等不适情况,穿戴好必要的防护装备,如防滑鞋、安全帽等。同时检查作业区域是否存在障碍物、积水等安全隐患,确保作业环境安全。

行驶过程安全规范

行驶时需严格遵守厂区限速规定,在狭窄通道或人员密集区域需低速行驶,避免鸣笛惊吓他人。禁止载人行驶,禁止在叉车货叉上堆放超出规定范围的货物,行驶过程中不得随意调整行驶方向,避免急加速或急刹车。

装卸作业安全要点

装卸货物时需确认货物重量在叉车额定载重范围内,禁止超载作业。提升或降低货叉时需平稳操作,避免货物掉落伤人,堆放货物时需确保货物堆叠稳固,防止倒塌。作业时与货物保持安全距离,避免身体部位靠近货叉或货物。

应急情况处理

若作业过程中出现车辆故障或异常情况,需立即停止操作,将叉车停至安全区域,关闭电源,撤离至安全位置,并及时上报相关负责人,等待专业人员维修处理。若发生货物掉落等紧急情况,需迅速远离危险区域,避免受伤。
