電動フォークリフトは現在、倉庫物流、工業生産分野でよく使われている運搬設備で、動力電池の種類によって、主にリチウム電池フォークリフトと鉛酸フォークリフトの2種類に分けられ、2種類の製品の特性の違いは明らかで、適応の使用シーンもそれぞれ異なる。

エネルギー密度と航続性能

リチウムイオンバッテリーのエネルギー密度は、一般的に鉛蓄電池の2〜3倍です。同じ重量のバッテリーパックでは、リチウムイオンバッテリーフォークリフトの航続距離は通常長く、長時間の連続操作のニーズを満たすことができます。鉛蓄電池フォークリフトのバッテリー重量は大きく、同じ容量でより多くの車体スペースを占有し、航続性能は比較的限られており、短時間で断続的な操作シナリオに適しています。

エネルギー補給効率の面では、リチウム電池は急速充電に対応しており、通常の状況では1〜2時間で80%以上の電力を充電できます。一部のシナリオでは、長時間のシャットダウンを必要とせずに、充電と使用を同時に実現できます。鉛蓄電池フォークリフトの充電サイクルは通常8〜10時間であり、それらのほとんどは特別な充電期間を必要とし、緊急のエネルギー補給のニーズに適応することはできません。

環境適応性と使用制限

リチウムイオン電池の動作温度適応範囲は広く、マイナス20度からマイナス45度の環境で正常に動作し、低温環境でのバッテリー寿命の減衰が小さく、より多くの動作シナリオに適合します。鉛蓄電池の低温性能は低く、周囲温度が0度を下回るとバッテリー寿命が大幅に低下し、マイナス環境では正常に起動できない場合もあります。これは、一定温度の屋内保管シナリオでの使用に適しています。

また、リチウム電池の密封性が良く、使用中に酸ミストが漏れないため、作業環境への影響が少なく、鉛蓄電池は充電と使用中に腐食性ガスが析出する可能性があり、換気条件の良い地域で充電と保管が必要である。

2種類のフォークリフトには絶対的な長所と短所はありません。ユーザーは、自分の作業時間、作業環境、予算に応じて包括的に選択できます。長時間の連続作業が必要で、作業環境の温度が大きく変化する場合は、リチウム電池フォークリフトの適応性が高くなります。限られた予算、固定された作業シナリオ、短い作業時間で、鉛酸フォークリフトも費用対効果の高い選択肢です。
