電動叉車是目前倉儲物流、工業生產領域常用的搬運設備,按照動力電池類型的不同,主要分爲鋰電池叉車和鉛酸叉車兩類,兩類產品的特性差異明顯,適配的使用場景也各不相同。

能量密度與續航表現

鋰電池的能量密度普遍是鉛酸電池的2到3倍,同等重量的電池組,鋰電池叉車的續航里程通常更長,能夠滿足長時間連續作業的需求。而鉛酸叉車的電池重量更大,同等容量下佔用的車體空間更多,續航表現相對有限,更適合短時間、間歇性的作業場景。

在補能效率方面,鋰電池支持快充,常規情況下1到2小時就能充滿80%以上的電量,部分場景下還能實現隨充隨用,不需要長時間停機等待。鉛酸叉車的充電週期通常在8到10小時,大多需要專門的充電時段安排,無法適配應急補能的需求。

使用與維護成本

鋰電池的使用壽命普遍更長,正常使用情況下循環充放電次數可達數千次,日常使用過程中不需要額外補充電解液,幾乎沒有維護成本。鉛酸電池的循環充放電次數普遍在數百次到一千次左右,使用過程中需要定期檢查電解液液位,補充蒸餾水,還要定期做充放電養護,維護流程繁瑣,長期使用的人工和耗材成本更高。

另外鋰電池的能量轉換效率更高,同等作業量下的耗電量更低,長期使用的用電成本也相對更低。

環境適應性與使用限制

鋰電池的工作溫度適應範圍更寬,在零下20度到零上45度的環境中都能正常工作,低溫環境下的續航衰減幅度更小,適配的作業場景更多。鉛酸電池的低溫性能較差,環境溫度低於零度時就會出現明顯的續航衰減,零下環境下甚至可能無法正常啓動,更適合在恆溫的室內倉儲場景使用。

另外鋰電池的密封性更好,使用過程中不會產生酸霧泄露,對作業環境的影響更小,而鉛酸電池在充電和使用過程中可能會析出腐蝕性氣體,需要在通風條件良好的區域充電和存放。

兩類叉車沒有絕對的優劣之分,用戶可以根據自身的作業時長、作業環境、預算情況綜合選擇,若需要長時間連續作業、作業環境溫度變化大,鋰電池叉車適配性更高,若預算有限、作業場景固定且作業時間短,鉛酸叉車也是性價比很高的選擇。
