日常使用上の注意事項

放電深度を合理的に制御する

フォークリフトの作業中、電池の電力を完全に消耗しないようにし、放電深さを80%以内に制御することをお勧めします。過放電は電池内部の活物質の損失を悪化させ、長期的には電池の全体的な寿命を短くする。日常の作業では、フォークリフトの電力表示装置で残量をリアルタイムで監視し、充電時期を事前に計画することができる。

過負荷運転を避ける

フォークリフトの定格荷重仕様に従って作業し、過負荷運転は固く禁じられています。過負荷はバッテリーを高負荷放電状態にし、電力消費を加速するだけでなく、バッテリー内部の圧力と温度を上昇させ、バッテリーの性能と安定性に影響を与えます。重量物を運ぶ前に、貨物の重量がフォークリフトの許容範囲内にあることを確認してください。

規範的な操作習慣

フォークリフトを操作するときは、頻繁な急加速、急ブレーキなどの行為を避けるべきで、このような操作は電池に瞬時に大電流放電が発生し、電池内部構造に衝撃を与える。スムーズな操作方式は電池の負荷を減らし、電池の健康状態を維持するのに役立つと同時に、フォークリフト全体の運行安全性を高めることができる。

充電リンクのメンテナンス

充電デバイスの選択

充電には、このシリーズのバッテリーに一致する専用の充電装置を使用する必要があります。他のモデルの充電器と混合しないでください。適合する充電器は、充電電流と電圧を正確に制御して、バッテリーが妥当な速度で充電されるようにし、充電パラメータの不一致によるバッテリーの損傷を防ぎます。

充電環境の制御

定期的な検査と保守

外観と接続部品の検査

定期的に電池の外観に破損、膨らみなどの異常がないか、同時に接続端子に緩み、腐食現象がないかをチェックする。端子に腐食痕が見つかった場合は、乾燥したブラシを使ってきれいに掃除し、接続がしっかりしていることを確認し、接触不良による電力供給の問題を避ける。

バッテリークリーニング

バッテリー表面を清潔で乾燥した状態に保ち、ほこりや油などがバッテリー表面に付着しないようにします。清掃時には、乾いた柔らかい布で拭き取り、水や腐食性洗剤を使用しないでください。液体がバッテリー内部に侵入して短絡やその他の障害を引き起こすのを防ぎます。

温度モニタリング

日常の使用や充電中は、バッテリーの温度変化に注意してください。動作中や充電中にバッテリーの温度が高すぎる場合は、時間内に動作を停止し、温度が正常に戻ってから使用を継続する必要があります。高温が続くとバッテリーの性能に悪影響を与える可能性があります。必要に応じて、放熱システムが正常に動作しているかどうかを確認してください。

保管に関する注意事項

フォークリフトを長期間保管する必要がある場合は、バッテリーを完全に充電した後、直射日光や腐食性物質との接触を避けるために、乾燥した換気された適切な温度の環境に置く必要があります。保管中は、バッテリーを1〜2か月ごとに再充電して、バッテリーの電力が妥当な範囲に維持され、電力不足によるパフォーマンスの低下を防止します。
