日常使用注意事項

合理控制放電深度

在叉車作業過程中,應儘量避免將電池電量完全耗盡,建議放電深度控制在80%以內。過度放電會加劇電池內部活性物質的損耗,長期如此會縮短電池的整體使用壽命。日常作業中可通過叉車的電量顯示裝置實時監控剩餘電量,提前規劃充電時機。

避免過載運行

根據叉車的額定載荷規範進行作業,嚴禁超載運行。超載會使電池處於高負荷放電狀態,不僅會加快電量消耗速度,還會增加電池內部的壓力與溫度,影響電池的性能與穩定性。在搬運重物前,確認貨物重量在叉車承載範圍內。

規範操作習慣

操作叉車時應避免頻繁的急加速、急剎車等行爲,這類操作會導致電池出現瞬時大電流放電,對電池內部結構造成衝擊。平穩的操作方式能減少電池的負荷,有助於維持電池的健康狀態,同時也能提升叉車的整體運行安全性。

充電環節的維護

選擇適配充電設備

充電時需使用與該系列電池匹配的專用充電設備,切勿混用其他型號的充電器。適配的充電器能精準控制充電電流與電壓,確保電池以合理的速率完成充電,避免因充電參數不符而損傷電池。

控制充電環境

充電環境應保持乾燥通風,溫度控制在0℃至40℃之間。高溫環境會加速電池內部化學反應,可能引發過熱現象;低溫環境則會降低充電效率,影響電池的充放電性能。避免在潮溼、粉塵過多或極端溫度的環境下進行充電操作。

避免過度充電與虧電存放

當電池充滿電後,應及時斷開充電器,不要長時間保持充電狀態。過度充電會導致電池內部電解液分解,影響電池的容量與壽命。若叉車長期閒置,需確保電池處於滿電狀態存放,並定期進行補充充電,防止電池因虧電而出現不可逆的損傷。

定期檢查與養護

定期檢查電池的外觀是否有破損、鼓包等異常情況,同時查看接線端子是否存在鬆動、腐蝕現象。若發現端子有腐蝕痕跡,可使用乾燥的毛刷清理乾淨,確保連接牢固,避免因接觸不良導致的供電問題。

電池清潔

保持電池表面的清潔乾燥,避免灰塵、油污等附着在電池表面。清潔時可使用乾燥的軟布擦拭,切勿使用水或腐蝕性清潔劑,防止液體進入電池內部引發短路或其他故障。

溫度監測

在日常使用與充電過程中,留意電池的溫度變化。若電池在作業或充電時出現溫度過高的情況,應及時停止操作,待溫度恢復正常後再繼續使用。持續的高溫會對電池的性能產生負面影響,必要時可檢查散熱系統是否正常運行。

存放注意事項

若叉車需長期存放,應將電池充滿電後放置在乾燥、通風且溫度適宜的環境中,避免陽光直射或接觸腐蝕性物質。存放期間每隔1至2個月對電池進行一次補充充電,確保電池電量維持在合理範圍,防止出現虧電導致的性能下降。
