重型電動叉車作爲工業物流領域的核心搬運設備,其持續穩定運行直接關聯作業效率與運營成本,科學規範的日常運維是延長設備使用壽命的核心手段。

日常班前基礎檢查是保障設備安全運行的首要環節。首先要關注電池狀態,查看剩餘電量是否滿足當日作業需求,檢查電池外殼有無破損漏液痕跡,接線端子是否牢固無鏽蝕,避免因電池故障引發中途停機。其次是行走系統檢查,仔細查看輪胎磨損程度,確認胎面無裂紋、鼓包,測試剎車踏板靈敏度,保證行走與制動功能正常。最後是液壓系統檢查,觀察液壓油液位是否處於標準區間,檢查油管、接頭處有無滲漏痕跡,測試貨叉升降、前傾後傾動作是否順暢,無卡頓異響。

定期深度維護是延緩設備老化的關鍵步驟。針對電池,需根據電池類型定期養護,鉛酸電池要適時補充蒸餾水,保持電解液液麪高度,避免過度充放電,每次充電至額定容量的90%左右即可停止,延長電池循環壽命。對於電機與電控系統,要定期清潔散熱組件表面的灰塵雜物,保證散熱效果,檢查線路絕緣層有無破損,接頭是否鬆動,防止因過熱或短路引發故障。同時,要關注易磨損部件,根據作業頻次定期檢查剎車片、密封件的磨損情況,一旦發現磨損超標及時更換,避免部件損壞擴大影響其他系統。

規範操作與故障預防是減少設備損耗的重要保障。作業過程中要嚴格遵循設備額定載重要求,避免超載搬運,減少車架、液壓系統的額外負荷;操作時儘量避免急加速、急剎車、急轉向,降低行走系統部件的磨損速度。設備存放時選擇乾燥通風的環境,避免電池受潮或電機部件鏽蝕,長期閒置時需定期補充電池電量,防止虧電損壞。日常作業中若發現設備出現異響、動作卡頓、電量驟降等異常情況,要及時停機排查,切勿強行作業,小故障及時處理可避免引發更大的設備損壞。
