Daily charging specification
The charging environment needs to be kept ventilated and dry to avoid charging operations in high temperature, humidity or extreme low temperature environments to prevent damage to battery performance. Before charging, it is necessary to confirm that the charging interface and plug are not damaged or blocked by foreign objects to ensure a stable connection. It is recommended to start charging when the battery is about 20% remaining to avoid excessive discharge; disconnect the power supply in time after charging is completed to avoid long-term overcharging affecting the battery cycle life. At the same time, try to avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of charging cables during charging to prevent interface wear.
Cleaning and protection
In daily use, it is necessary to clean the surface of the battery regularly. You can wipe dust and stains with a dry and soft rag. Avoid using a high-pressure water gun or corrosive cleaner to directly rinse the battery to prevent water ingress or shell corrosion. It is necessary to regularly check the battery shell for cracks, deformation and other physical damage. If any abnormalities are found, you should stop using it and contact a professional to deal with it. In addition, to avoid the battery being squeezed or violently collided by heavy objects, reduce the impact of external forces on the internal structure of the battery.
Storage considerations
If the lithium battery pallet needs to be discontinued for a short period of time (no more than one month), the battery power should be kept in the range of 50% to 70%, and stored in a cool and dry environment. It should be recharged once a month to maintain battery activity. If it is discontinued for a long time (more than three months), the battery should be charged to about 60% of the power, placed in an environment with a temperature of 10 ° C to 30 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%, and a charge and discharge cycle should be carried out every three months to prevent the battery from losing power or performance degradation.
Regular inspections and troubleshooting
During daily use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the battery terminals are loose or oxidized. If oxidation is found, the terminals can be tightened after cleaning with a special cleaner. At the same time, check whether the battery cable is damaged or aging to ensure that the line connection is normal. Pay attention to the battery life and charging efficiency. If there is a sudden drop in battery life or an abnormally slow charging speed, stop using it and contact professional technicians to troubleshoot. Do not disassemble the internal components of the battery yourself.
