BYD S15JW-Ei is a walking electric stacker with a rated load-bearing capacity of 1500kg, designed for storage shelves, workshop material stacking, e-commerce sorting and other scenarios, suitable for high-frequency, short-distance, narrow-channel cargo handling and stacking operations, taking into account practicality, safety and convenience of operation and maintenance.

Airframe design and pass performance

       The vehicle is compact in structure, with a total length of 1850mm, a body width of 860mm, excluding the fork length of 700mm, and a weight of 545kg. It is suitable for narrow channel operation needs. The minimum turning radius is 1500mm, and the width of the right-angle stacking channel is 2332mm when it is suitable for 10001200mm pallets, and 2266mm when it is suitable for 8001200mm pallets. It can work flexibly in small and medium-sized warehouses and narrow passages in workshops to improve storage space utilization. The size of the fork is 62/170/1150mm (thickness/width/length), the outer width is 685mm, and it is suitable for most standard pallets. The height of the fork from the ground after lowering is 90mm, which can be adapted to the needs of conventional ground operations.
