Product details

BYD P15JW-Ei walking electric forklift is a lightweight lithium battery storage and handling equipment with a rated load of 1500kg. It is suitable for small and medium-sized warehouses, factory workshops, supermarket back warehouses, food and medicine clean workshops and other scenes. It can meet the needs of high-frequency, short-distance, narrow-channel material transfer operations. The whole machine adopts pure electric operation mode, low noise operation, simple operation and maintenance, and adapts to the needs of modern warehousing green operations.

Lightweight and flexible body, suitable for narrow channel operation

The equipment has a compact structure, the standard fork weight is only 131kg, and the body shape is small and lightweight. The minimum turning radius is 1360mm, and the channel passability is good, which effectively adapts to the dense shelf storage environment. For conventional pallet operations, 10001200mm pallets are placed across the fork with a right-angle stacking channel width of 2140mm, and 8001200mm pallets are placed along the fork with a channel width of 2015mm, which can adapt to most small warehouse channel sizes and improve storage space utilization.

Lithium battery has stable battery life, reducing operation and maintenance costs

The car is equipped with BYD 48V/24Ah special lithium battery, the battery is light in weight, supports random charging, no memory effect, and convenient daily maintenance. Equipped with 0.8kW DC brushless drive motor and 0.75kW DC brushed lift motor, the power output is stable. No-load driving speed is 5km/h, full load driving speed is 4.5km/h, and the lifting operation is uniform and stable, which can ensure the stable operation of daily continuous handling operations.

Multiple safety configurations, stable and reliable operation

The equipment is equipped with an electromagnetic braking system as standard, with sensitive braking response and stable parking effect, which can effectively avoid the problem of coasting and rolling. The load distribution of the whole bridge is balanced, with polyurethane wear-resistant silent tires, non-slip and wear-resistant, suitable for cement, epoxy floor and other floors, and it is not easy to damage the ground during operation. The handle height can be adjusted in the range of 650mm-1310mm, which is suitable for different operators' usage habits. The whole machine has low running noise and can be adapted to indoor clean working environment.

Simple to operate and easy to use, suitable for multi-scene operations

The equipment is designed with walking control, simple and intuitive operation logic, low difficulty to use, and can be adapted to high-frequency and long-term material transfer work. It is widely used in various lightweight cargo handling scenarios such as light industrial production, e-commerce warehousing, supermarket replenishment, and clean workshops. It is an efficient and practical handling equipment for small and medium-sized warehousing.
