Overview of product foundation

The AP15 pallet-type AGV is produced and manufactured by BYD. It is a fully automatic pallet handling robot driven by pure electricity. It is rated to carry 1.5 tons and is mainly used for standard pallet cargo plane transfer operations. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent autonomous charging system, which can automatically plan the charging period according to the on-site operation tasks, and use the production gap to complete the replenishment. The whole process does not require manual duty. It is suitable for the normalization of pallet circulation transportation in factories and warehouses to help optimize the logistics process in the workshop.

   BYD lithium iron phosphate power battery, compact, stable power supply, suitable for daily multi-frequency pallet transfer operations, lithium battery safety characteristics are good, suitable for all kinds of indoor storage, workshop environment.
   

2. 8.5m three-stage gantry
   

   Three-level lifting door frame, taking into account the needs of plane transshipment and high-level cargo access, can complete pallet ground transshipment and high-level shelf cargo stacking, and one machine is suitable for multi-layer warehousing operations.
   

3. Charging package: 48V50A charging cabinet
   

   The dedicated charging cabinet matches the battery specifications, cooperates with the intelligent charging program, and uses the working gap to quickly replenish power, reducing the time when the equipment is down and waiting for charging.
   

4. 360 double safety protection: contact + non-contact anti-collision device
   

   The whole body of the equipment is fully covered for safety inspection, and infrared long-distance warning is matched with physical buffer anti-collision. During driving, personnel, shelves, and pallets can be identified in time to reduce collision losses.
   

5. Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer
   

   Driving, lifting, charging, fault status synchronous lighting and voice reminders, on-site staff can intuitively grasp the operation status of the equipment, avoid human-machine interaction safety hazards.
