隨着倉儲運營升級需求提升,不少中小企業計劃更換鋰電叉車,但很多采購方對預算規劃和成本控制缺乏清晰認知,容易出現投入浪費或者適配性不足的問題。

首先要做好前期需求摸排,合理劃定採購預算區間。企業要先梳理自身日常作業場景,包括倉庫通道寬度、常規貨物載重、每日作業時長、是否需要爬坡作業等參數,按需選擇對應噸位和配置的車型,不要盲目追求冗餘配置,避免功能閒置帶來的預算浪費。除了車輛本身的採購價,還要把配套充電設施、操作培訓、首次保養等隱性支出納入整體預算,防止後續出現計劃外的額外開支。

其次要算清全週期成本,不要只盯着裸車價格。鋰電叉車本身沒有鉛酸叉車的加液、均衡充電等維護需求,日常保養成本普遍低於傳統叉車,但採購時要提前明確售後維保的服務範圍和收費標準,儘量選擇包含基礎維保服務的採購方案,降低後續維修開支。

使用階段也要做好成本管控,建立規範的操作守則,要求操作人員避免過充過放、超載作業等不當操作,定期檢查電池接口、車身線路等易損耗部件,小問題及時檢修,能大幅降低故障維修成本,延長車輛使用壽命。如果企業業務有明顯淡旺季,也可以考慮分期採購、短租結合的靈活方案,避免一次性投入過多資金造成佔壓,同時減少淡季車輛閒置的成本損耗。

採購前還要考慮車型的通用度,儘量選擇市場保有量高的常規車型,後續置換或者轉售時殘值更高,能進一步攤薄整體投入,讓採購投入發揮合理價值。
