對於有叉車採購需求的企業來說,除了作業性能之外,兩類叉車的使用成本差異是最受關注的選購參考因素,我們可以從多個維度拆解兩類產品的成本差距。

前期採購成本差異

同載重級別的產品中,新能源叉車的前期採購價格通常高於燃油叉車,差價主要來自動力電池等核心部件的成本投入。目前不少地區都出臺了新能源作業設備的購置補貼政策,符合要求的企業採購新能源叉車可以申領相應補貼,能夠抵消一部分前期採購差價。

日常能耗成本差異

能耗成本是兩類叉車日常運營成本中差距最大的部分。按照常規8小時作業時長測算,燃油叉車每小時油耗約2至3升,按照當前柴油市場價格計算,單日能耗成本在120元至180元區間。新能源叉車每小時耗電量約8至12度,按照普通工業用電均價計算,單日能耗成本僅爲20元至40元,如果利用夜間谷電時段充電,能耗成本還能進一步降低三分之一左右。

維保運營成本差異

兩類叉車的結構差異直接決定了維保成本的差距。燃油叉車有發動機、變速箱等複雜傳動結構,常規維保需要定期更換機油、三濾、火花塞等部件,還要定期檢修發動機,年維保成本普遍在數千元到上萬元,隨着使用年限增長,發動機損耗加劇,維保成本還會逐年上升。

新能源叉車沒有燃油動力相關的複雜結構,常規維保僅需要進行電池狀態檢測、電路檢查、制動器等易損件更換,年維保成本僅爲同級別燃油叉車的三分之一到二分之一,且使用後期的成本漲幅遠低於燃油叉車。

隱性成本差異

除了顯性的成本之外,兩類叉車的隱性成本也有明顯差距。燃油叉車的尾氣排放不符合部分室內作業場景、環保嚴管區域的准入要求,部分區域使用燃油叉車還需要額外繳納排放相關的費用,場景限制較多。新能源叉車零排放,沒有作業場景的環保限制,也不需要承擔排放相關的額外成本。同時在二手處置階段,電池狀態良好的新能源叉車殘值率普遍高於同使用年限的燃油叉車。

整體測算來看,只要年作業時長超過1000小時,新能源叉車通常使用1到2年就能抵消前期的採購差價,後續使用過程中成本優勢會持續擴大,企業可以結合自身的作業時長、作業場景選擇適配的產品。
