現在電動叉車已經成爲倉儲、物流等場景的主流作業設備,動力電池作爲電動叉車的核心部件,其成本和壽命直接影響整體運營成本,目前市場主流的磷酸鐵鋰與三元鋰兩類叉車電池,在成本和壽命上的差異是很多運營方關心的核心問題。

首先是兩類電池的成本差異。

初始採購成本方面,兩類電池的定價差異主要來自正極材料成本和能量密度差異。三元鋰電池正極材料中含有鎳鈷等貴重金屬,材料成本本身更高,同時相同容量下三元鋰電池體積更小、重量更輕,整體生產工藝要求也相對更高,因此同容量的三元鋰叉車電池初始採購價,通常比磷酸鐵鋰叉車電池高出15%到20%左右。

標準循環壽命方面,在常溫滿充滿放的測試工況下,磷酸鐵鋰叉車電池的循環次數通常可以達到2000到3000次,而三元鋰叉車電池的循環次數大多在1200到2000次區間,僅從標準數據來看磷酸鐵鋰電池的循環壽命優勢明顯。

實際場景下的使用壽命,會受到環境溫度、作業強度的影響出現變化。在冬季氣溫長期低於0℃的北方地區,如果沒有配套的電池保溫設施,三元鋰電池的低溫性能更好,放電效率更高,衰減速度慢於低溫環境下的磷酸鐵鋰電池,兩者的實際使用壽命差距會明顯縮小。在夏季氣溫長期高於35℃的南方地區,磷酸鐵鋰電池的熱穩定性更好,衰減速度更慢,實際使用壽命的優勢會進一步擴大。
