日常使用階段的基礎維護要點

充電環節的操作規範

充電前要確認充電設備參數和電池參數匹配,檢查充電接口無滲水、無異物堵塞再完成插接。充電過程中不要隨意拔取接口,待電池電量充滿後及時斷開充電連接,避免長時間過充影響電池活性。充電環境要保持通風陰涼,避開陽光直射、遠離易燃易爆物品,嚴禁在充電區域堆放雜物。

日常使用的工況注意事項

日常作業過程中儘量避免電池深度放電,剩餘電量低於百分之二十時要及時停止作業轉入充電流程,不要在超載、長時間爬坡等極端工況下持續高負荷放電,減少電池的不必要損耗。作業過程中留意電池配套溫控系統的運行狀態,出現異常提示時要第一時間停止作業排查問題。

定期檢查的核心操作要求

外觀與線路排查

每月至少開展一次全機外觀檢查,擦拭電池外殼表面的浮塵、油污,及時清理接口處的氧化殘留,檢查連接線路有無磨損、鬆動情況,發現外皮破損要第一時間做絕緣處理,避免線路短路引發安全隱患。

電芯狀態覈驗

定期覈對電池管理系統的後臺數據,記錄電芯的電壓、溫度差值,當數據出現超出正常區間的波動時,要暫停使用聯繫專業運維人員做深度檢測,不要私自拆解電池包的密封結構,避免引發安全風險。

閒置存放的維護注意事項

如果叉車需要長時間閒置,要提前將電池電量充至百分之五十到百分之七十的區間,選擇乾燥通風、溫度處於零到三十攝氏度的區域存放,不要將電池直接放置在潮溼地面上,定期每半個月補電一次,避免電池長時間虧電導致容量衰減。存放期間做好防塵防水防護,不要在電池表面堆放重物。
