常見基礎故障排查思路

啓動異常排查

如果出現車輛通電後無法正常啓動的情況,首先要先檢查周邊安全急停按鈕是否被誤碰按下,確認急停按鍵歸位後,再檢查電池接線端口是否存在鬆動、氧化接觸不良的情況,接着查看操作座椅下方的感應觸點是否沒有完全復位,很多啓動類異常都是這類小問題導致的,逐一排查就能快速定位原因。

行駛異動排查

如果車輛行駛過程中出現動力時斷時續,或者轉向卡頓的情況,首先要檢查行駛路徑上是否有硬質雜物卡入輪邊縫隙,清理完雜物後測試轉向是否順暢,再查看電量顯示面板的剩餘電量,電量低於閾值時車輛會自動限制輸出功率,出現動力減弱的情況屬於正常保護機制,補充電量後就能恢復正常。部分場景下的制動反饋偏軟問題,也要優先檢查制動踏板縫隙有沒有雜物卡滯,清理後多輕踩幾次踏板就能恢復正常的制動反饋。

日常故障預防處理方法

日常使用巡檢

每次作業前操作人員需要繞車做簡短檢查,擦拭電池電極表面的浮塵,確認各類操作手柄歸位狀態,不要在車輛電量完全耗盡後再進行充電,養成隨用隨充的習慣,能大幅降低電池類故障的發生概率。日常停放車輛要選擇平整乾燥的區域,不要長時間停放在積水或者陽光暴曬的位置,減少部件受潮、老化的速度。

小異常即時處置

平時作業過程中如果發現車輛有輕微異響、面板提示燈異常閃爍的情況,不要強行長時間帶故障運行,及時關停設備記錄異常狀態,後續對接運維人員做深度檢測,就能避免小問題擴大成影響核心部件的嚴重故障。日常的規範操作和定期巡檢,是減少設備故障很有效的方式,掌握基礎的排查方法也能幫一線作業人員快速解決小問題,保障作業流程順暢推進。
