延長電池壽命的保養方法

規範充電操作

日常作業時儘量避免電池過度放電,當剩餘電量在20%左右時就可以安排充電,不要將電量完全耗盡再充電,否則會對電池內部材料造成不可逆的損傷。充電時也要避免過充,充滿後及時斷開電源,不要長期連接充電器,同時要使用匹配的充電設備,不要混用參數不符的充電器。

注意作業環境適配

每次使用叉車前後,可以簡單查看電池外殼有沒有破損、漏液情況,接線端口有沒有鬆動氧化的問題。每隔一段時間及時清理電池表面的灰塵、油污,保持電池表面乾燥整潔,避免雜物堆積引發短路風險。

合理控制作業負載

日常作業不要長期超過額定負載運行,超載會讓電池長期處於大電流放電狀態,加速內部結構損耗。如果車輛需要長期閒置,要先將電池充滿電再存放,之後每隔1到2個月補充一次電量,避免電池長期處於虧電狀態。
