作業前基礎檢查要點

外觀與結構檢查

每次出車前首先繞車檢查整體外觀,查看車身、門架、貨叉部位是否有明顯變形、裂紋,緊固螺栓是否存在鬆動脫落情況,覈對輪胎氣壓是否符合標準,胎面有沒有嵌入尖銳異物,避免作業過程中出現爆胎、結構件斷裂等風險。

動力與安全裝置檢查

根據動力類型檢查對應的能源餘量,燃油叉車覈對柴油、潤滑油、冷卻液液位是否正常,電動叉車檢查電池電量是否滿足作業需求,隨後測試剎車踏板的制動靈敏度,覈對燈光、喇叭、警示燈等安全裝置是否能正常觸發,確認轉向系統無卡頓後再啓動作業。

作業中及收車後維保要點

運行狀態監測

作業過程中要留意叉車的運行狀態,聽是否存在發動機、電機、液壓系統的異常異響,聞是否有焦糊、漏油漏液產生的異味,感受轉向、貨叉升降動作是否順暢,一旦出現異常要立即停靠到安全區域停機排查,嚴禁設備帶病作業,避免小問題演變成大故障。

收車後清理排查

當日作業結束後,要將貨叉降至地面平穩停靠到指定區域,熄火或斷開總電源,清理車身表面附着的灰塵、貨物碎屑以及灑落的液態物料,仔細檢查底盤、管路部位是否存在漏油、漏液痕跡,記錄當日設備運行中出現的異常情況,方便後續維保人員針對性排查。

定期深度維保要點

易損件更換

按照設備使用手冊要求的時長或作業小時數,定期更換機油、液壓油、各類過濾濾芯,對剎車片、密封件、輪胎等易損耗部件進行磨損程度檢測,一旦磨損到安全閾值就要及時更換,不要爲了壓縮成本拖延更換,反而引發更高的故障維修成本。

安全性能校驗

每間隔固定週期要對叉車的安全性能做全面校驗,測試剎車系統的制動力是否符合標準,檢查升降油缸是否存在泄壓情況,覈對安全帶、過載保護裝置等安全部件功能是否正常,深度維保建議由持有對應資質的操作人員開展,不要私自拆解核心部件,避免造成設備損壞或安全隱患。
