常見故障排查

動力系統異常排查

如果設備出現起步無力、續航衰減過快的情況,首先要檢查電池接線端子是否鬆動氧化,確認電池電解液液位處於標準區間,排查電機散熱通道是否被雜物堵塞,不要私自拆解動力核心部件,排查後問題仍存在要聯繫專業運維人員處理,避免造成不必要的部件損傷。

液壓系統異常排查

如果設備出現起升卡頓、承重時自動下滑的情況,先檢查液壓油液位是否達標,排查油管接口是否存在滲漏痕跡,清理液壓油箱進氣口的附着雜物,確認操作手柄的行程開關沒有被異物卡滯,排查時不要徒手觸碰高壓油路部位,避免被殘留液壓油噴濺受傷。

電控系統異常排查

如果設備出現顯示屏報錯、按鍵無響應的情況,先斷電重啓觀察是否恢復,檢查整車線束的外皮是否存在磨損破損的情況,確認緊急斷電按鈕沒有被誤觸,不要私自更改電控程序參數,避免觸發系統未知報錯影響後續正常使用。

日常維保注意事項

日常班前檢查要點

每次作業前要繞車檢查輪胎磨損情況,確認剎車制動距離符合安全標準,測試燈光、鳴響裝置是否正常可用,不要帶故障啓動設備作業,所有檢查項確認無異常後再投入搬運作業,從源頭規避安全隱患。

定期養護操作規範

按照設備使用說明的週期更換液壓油、剎車油,及時清理電池表面的浮塵和積水,給各運轉傳動部位添加適配的潤滑脂,避免灰塵雜物進入部件內部造成額外損耗,所有養護操作都要在斷電狀態下開展,保障運維人員操作安全。

長期停放防護要求

如果設備超過一週不使用,要將電池電量充至50%到70%區間,停放在乾燥通風沒有積水的區域,將貨叉降至最低位置,鬆開手剎做好輪擋固定,每月補充一次電量避免電池過度虧電,延長設備的整體使用壽命。
