電池日常維護要點

充電狀態覈驗

每次爲設備充電前,要先確認充電設備接口與電池接口無變形、無腐蝕痕跡,插接到位後再啓動充電程序,充電過程中不要隨意拔插接口,避免出現電流波動損傷內部組件,充電全程要安排人員不定時巡看,不要在充電區域堆放易燃易爆物品,規避安全隱患。

日常清潔與外觀檢查

每次作業結束後,要用乾燥軟布擦拭電池外殼表面積攢的浮塵與水漬,定期檢查電池外殼是否有磕碰開裂痕跡,固定螺栓是否出現鬆動,一旦發現滲漏或外殼破損的情況要第一時間停止使用,聯繫專業維保人員處理,不要自行拆解電池組件。

充放電參數管控

日常使用中要避免電池完全耗盡電量後再充電,長期閒置時要每半個月補充一次電量,將剩餘電量維持在額定容量的百分之六十到八十區間,不要將設備長時間放置在溫度高於四十攝氏度或者低於零攝氏度的環境中存放,避免電池活性下降。

常規檢查基礎項目

開機前外觀巡檢

每日啓動設備前,要先檢查車身周邊防護件、輪胎、起重貨叉的外觀狀態,確認無明顯變形、開裂,輪胎胎壓處於額定區間,所有操作手柄都處於初始歸零狀態,周邊無遮擋雜物後再啓動電源,不要帶着故障隱患啓動設備。

運行狀態動態覈驗

設備啓動後要原地測試剎車、轉向系統的靈敏度,確認燈光、警示音功能正常,空載荷狀態下小範圍測試起重門架的升降、傾斜動作是否順暢,無卡頓異響後再投入正式作業,運行過程中如果發現異常響動要第一時間靠邊停車排查。

作業結束收尾覈查

每日作業結束後,要將貨叉完全落地,拉起駐車制動,關閉總電源,清理車身表面沾染的雜物,在指定區域規整停放,定期排查線路外層絕緣皮是否有磨損痕跡,及時處理小隱患避免後續故障。
