日常基礎巡檢要點

外觀與行走系統檢查

每次作業前後可先繞車觀察車身外部是否有磕碰、變形,護頂架、門架連接件有無鬆動移位,輪胎磨損程度是否處於正常區間,清理輪胎縫隙內夾雜的碎石雜物,確認剎車制動、駐車功能測試正常,不會出現溜車、制動遲緩的問題。

動力系統常規排查

作業前先確認電量剩餘情況,儀表盤各類警示標識無異常亮起,油門操作反饋順暢,行駛轉向無卡頓異響,若作業環境存在較多揚塵,可簡單擦拭車身外露的感應部件,避免雜物遮擋影響信號傳輸。

液壓與操作部件校驗

擡落貨叉前測試門架升降、前後傾功能正常,液壓管路無滲油漏液痕跡,鏈條張力均勻無明顯鏽蝕,限位部件觸發響應及時,貨叉表面沒有出現深度裂痕,載荷標識清晰可見。

週期性專項養護要點

鋰電核心部件養護

日常使用時要避免電池完全耗盡再充電,儘量選擇適配的充電環境,不要在露天淋雨場景下直接對電池操作充電,定期擦拭電池外殼的浮塵與水漬,觀察電極連接位置無氧化鬆動,電池工作溫度處於合理區間內。

散熱與電路系統梳理
