不少企業在採購3噸鋰電叉車時,往往只關注報價高低,忽略參數匹配度與工況適配性,導致車輛投入使用後出現負載不足、通行不暢、續航不夠等問題,反而拉高整體使用成本。掌握核心選型要點,就能輕鬆選到適配自身需求的車型。

核心參數覈對要點

額定負載與負載中心距是首要覈對的參數。3噸的額定負載是指負載中心距爲標準500mm時的最大承載重量,如果實際搬運的貨物重心距離貨叉前端超過500mm,車輛的實際可承載重量會相應下降,採購前要先測算自身常用貨物的重心位置,確認車輛實際可承載重量滿足使用需求,避免出現過載風險。

工況適配評估要點

首先要評估作業路面條件。如果是室外工地、物流園等路面有輕微坑窪的場景,要選擇輪胎厚度更厚、減震性能更好的車型,降低顛簸對車輛零部件的損耗;如果是食品、醫藥等室內潔淨倉庫作業,要選擇配置無痕輪胎的車型,避免作業時留下胎印污染地面。

其次要匹配作業強度需求。如果是單日8小時單班作業,選擇常規續航的車型即可滿足需求;如果是兩班倒甚至三班倒連續作業,可以選擇支持電池快換的車型,幾分鐘就能完成電池更換,不需要停工等待充電,提升作業效率。

如果有特殊作業場景需求,也要提前明確。比如需要在冷庫、防爆區域作業的,要提前告知供應商,選擇對應防護等級的適配車型,不要直接採購普通車型,避免在特殊環境下出現電路故障、電池衰減過快等問題,甚至引發安全隱患。
