仓储锂电替代燃油、铅酸叉车成为趋势,不少仓储物流企业或有仓储需求的生产企业在选择车辆时,会纠结租赁还是采购。合理的成本测算是做出决策的关键,需结合企业自身情况从多个维度拆解。

从两类核心投入维度对比成本。固定及前期投入维度,租赁模式的固定前期成本主要是履约保证金,行业有一定常见范围,首月租金需按合同约定支付,其他无需承担车辆购置税费、合规上牌相关费用、首年足额保险等支出,若企业无适配充电设施,部分租赁方可提供配套解决方案。采购模式的固定前期成本则包括整车款、购置税、合规上牌的各类费用、首年足额保险,若没有现成的充电设施,还需额外投入场地改造、充电桩采购安装等费用。

中期使用与维护成本维度,租赁模式的月度或季度租金通常包含日常基础保养、易损易耗件更换、定期合规检测、非人为故障维修等内容,部分还包含免费的基础操作培训,每月支出相对固定,便于企业做预算管理。采购模式的中期成本则分散且不可控,需自行承担日常油液检查更换、定期合规检测、易损易耗件更换的费用,人为操作不当造成的故障维修也需全额支付,配套充电设施的日常检修、电费,以及操作培训若需外部支持的费用,也属于企业开支。

长期资产处置与闲置风险维度,租赁模式租期到了可灵活选择续租、退租或按约定残值留购,无需承担车辆折旧贬值的风险,业务量波动较大的企业,可根据实际需求调整租赁数量,闲置时直接退租减少无效支出。采购模式下车辆属于固定资产,会随使用年限、市场环境变化逐年贬值,处置时需寻找合适渠道、进行资产评估,流程相对繁琐,最终成交价格可能低于预期,业务量减少时闲置车辆还会占用仓库空间,产生基础保险等固定成本。
