首先了解锂电叉车电池损耗的常见日常检测方法。日常观察是最基础的方式,作业时可以留意车辆的行驶速度与载重表现,若在相同载重、相同路面条件下,车辆加速明显变慢,爬坡能力有所下降,可能是电池容量已经出现一定程度的衰减。同时还要观察充电后的实际续航里程,每次充满电后记录下可连续作业的时间或搬运的托盘数,连续多次与新电池状态或日常正常使用的平均水平对比,如果出现持续且幅度较大的下降,也说明电池有损耗。
