实拍现场,厂区内堆放着大量袋装砂石和重型石膏板,叉车需要在堆场与生产车间之间往返转运。启动作业后,叉车先平稳行驶至砂石料堆旁,货叉精准插入托盘底部,缓慢提升至合适高度,整个过程没有出现明显晃动,适配了重载物料的搬运需求。在通过厂区内一段起伏不平的临时路面时,叉车的减震系统有效缓冲了颠簸,确保物料没有掉落风险。

随后叉车转向前往板材存放区,这里通道相对狭窄,两侧堆放着高度不一的建材。叉车凭借灵活的转向性能,顺利完成两次直角转弯,精准停在板材托盘前。货叉调整间距后,稳稳托起重型板材,匀速运往加工车间。期间经过一处下坡路段,叉车的制动系统反应及时,保持了行驶的平稳性。

在连续作业近两小时后,叉车仍保持稳定的作业状态,动力输出没有出现明显衰减,适配了建材厂区长时间、高强度的转运需求。从实拍场景来看,这款叉车针对建材行业重载、复杂场地的特点,在承载能力、操控灵活性和作业稳定性上,都展现出适配实际工况的表现,能够有效助力厂区提升物料转运效率。
