日常の充電養生のポイント

正しい充電プロセス:充電する前に、バッテリーの表面が乾いていてゴミがないことを確認し、フォークリフトの電源を切った後、充電器を接続し、正極と負極のインターフェースに合わせて逆接続を避けます。充電中は、環境を換気し、直火の高温から遠ざけ、充電器が完全に充電されたことを示した後、10〜15分間放置してから電源を切り、電力が完全に飽和するようにします。

過充放電を避ける:日常使用はできるだけ電気量が20%未満にならないようにし、電気量の警告が出たらすぐに充電する。満タンになったらすぐに電源を切って、長時間充電状態を維持しないで、過充電が電池の内部構造を傷つけないようにする。

毎日の清掃と点検

外観清掃:定期的に乾いた柔らかい綿布で電池の表面を拭き、ほこりや油を取り除き、頑固な汚れは少量の中性洗剤で希釈して拭き、乾いた後に液体がインターフェースに浸透しないようにします。

部品検査:毎週接続端子が緩んで酸化していないかチェックし、酸化層は細かいサンドペーパーで磨いた後、少量の防錆グリースを塗ることができる。同時にケースがぶつかって変形して漏れていないかチェックし、異常が見つかったらすぐに無効にして専門家に連絡する。

長期保管保守

保管環境の要件:フォークリフトは長期間使用されていません。バッテリーは、直射日光や腐食性物質から離れて、0〜25℃、湿度が60%未満の乾燥した換気の良い場所に保管する必要があります。

定期的な充電:保管期間中は30日ごとに充電し、電力を50%〜70%に維持して、電力不足によるパフォーマンスの低下を防ぎ、その後の使用に影響を与えます。
