走行类常见故障排查思路

通电后无法起步的排查

首先确认全车急停旋钮是否处于弹出复位位置,不少作业人员结束作业后按下急停,重启设备前忘记复位,这是该类故障最高发的诱因,排查该点后再检查驻车制动是否完全释放,确认油门踏板传感线没有出现松动脱接的情况,逐一核验后大多能解决无法起步的问题。

走行过程中卡顿异响的排查

先查看轮边位置是否缠绕了废弃包装带、铁丝等杂物,清理杂物后再测试设备运行状态,之后检查驱动电机的接线端子是否出现氧化松动,确认轮胎胎压处于设备要求的标准区间,排除重载作业下胎压不足引发的卡顿问题。

升降动作无响应的排查

首先确认液压油液位处于油位标尺的合理区间,液位低于下限就会出现动力传输不足的问题,之后检查升降操作手柄的接线位置有没有脱落,液压泵的供电线路有没有出现虚接情况,不要随意拆解液压阀芯避免杂质进入油路引发更严重的故障。

升降过程卡顿的排查

先查看门架的导轨润滑度是否不足,定期补充合规润滑脂可以大幅降低卡顿出现概率,之后检查液压油路的滤芯是否出现堵塞情况,必要时按官方维护手册要求更换对应配件。

电量显示异常的排查

首先检查电池组的接线端子有没有松动氧化,用干布清洁端子表面之后重新紧固,确认过往充电流程完全合规,避免过充过放引发的显示偏差,常规排查无法解决问题时再联系专业运维人员上门处理,不要随意拆解电控主板避免损坏核心配件。
