在製造業、物流中轉等環節,車間內常需要車輛長時間承擔物料搬運任務,尤其對3.5噸級別的搬運需求比較集中。近期我們在一家常規生產的食品加工車間,對一款主打長時連續作業的長續航3.5噸鋰電叉車進行了爲期三天的真實工況實測。

本次實測的車間面積約六千平方米,作業環境以平整水泥地面爲主,局部區域有輕微坡度,坡度不超過3度,日常搬運的貨物主要是食品原料包裝和半成品週轉箱,單托盤貨物重量通常在2噸到3.2噸之間,接近3.5噸的額定載重上限,每天作業時長穩定在十小時左右,中間安排有兩次十分鐘左右的駕駛員短暫休息時間,不安排車輛集中充電。

實測第一天,我們將這款長續航3.5噸鋰電叉車的電池電量充滿至顯示的滿格狀態,然後按車間正常作業流程啓動車輛,全程由車間內有三年以上電動叉車駕駛經驗的兩名駕駛員輪流操作。第一天作業結束後,車輛電量顯示剩餘約四分之一,沒有出現動力衰減的情況,無論是在輕微坡度路段上坡載貨,還是在狹窄通道轉彎、堆垛至三米高的貨架,操作都保持順暢,轉向靈活度和空載時相比變化不大。

第二天和第三天的實測場景和貨物重量與第一天基本一致,第三天作業結束後,車輛電量顯示剩餘接近零界電量,累計作業時長約二十九小時,累計搬運貨物托盤數約七百八十個。實測期間,車輛的各項基礎功能都運行正常,沒有出現任何故障提示。駕駛員反饋,這款長續航3.5噸鋰電叉車的座椅靠背高度可調節,長時間駕駛的疲勞感相對較低,車輛的制動響應也比較及時,整體操作體驗良好。
