主動安全防護設計

高壓電路安全防護

新能源叉車的動力核心是高壓電池組,設計時會對高壓線路做全包裹絕緣處理,配備漏電實時監測裝置,一旦檢測到線路破損、漏電值超標,會第一時間切斷動力電源,同時發出聲光預警,避免人員觸電風險。

操作行爲預警防護

針對冷鏈、化工等特殊作業場景,新能源叉車還會做對應的防護升級,比如低溫場景下會對電池組做保溫防護,避免電池低溫性能下降引發的動力中斷問題,化工易燃易爆場景下會對整車電路、動力系統做防爆處理,避免電路火花引發易燃易爆物質燃爆。
