作業前的安全檢查

特殊場景應對需做好防護。若在狹窄通道作業,需提前規劃路線,緩慢通行;遇到溼滑路面,要降低行駛速度,避免制動打滑;作業過程中若出現車輛異常聲響或故障,需立即停止操作,切斷電源後聯繫維修人員處理,嚴禁帶病作業。

作業後的收尾與維護

作業完成後需規範停放車輛。將車輛停放在指定區域,貨叉降至最低位置,切斷電源,拉起駐車制動;若長時間停放,需關閉總電源開關,避免電量損耗。

日常維護不可忽視。定期清潔車輛表面及貨叉,去除附着的雜物和油污;檢查電池連接線是否牢固,避免鬆動導致接觸不良;按照使用說明定期對車輛的制動系統、升降系統進行保養,確保車輛處於良好運行狀態。
