電動托盤車作爲倉儲物流中的常用設備,日常使用中難免出現各類故障,掌握科學的排查思路能有效提升維修效率,降低停機時長。以下以比亞迪P20SII電動托盤車爲例,分享實用的故障排查方法。

故障排查基本原則

開展故障排查前,需遵循三個核心原則:優先排查簡單易解決的問題,再處理複雜故障;先檢查外部可見部件,再拆解內部結構;所有排查操作前必須切斷電源,確保操作安全,避免電氣短路或機械傷害。

動力系統故障排查

若車輛無法啓動,首先檢查電池剩餘電量,可通過儀表盤電量顯示判斷,若電量不足需及時充電;隨後檢查電池接線端子是否鬆動、氧化,若有此類情況需清理端子並緊固接線;接着確認鑰匙開關是否正常,可通過開關時的反饋感或測量通斷情況判斷;若以上均無問題,再排查控制器是否存在故障碼,按照設備手冊指引解讀故障信息,定位具體問題。

行走系統故障排查
