隨着倉儲行業對空間利用率的要求不斷提升,窄通道倉儲模式的應用越來越廣泛,適配這類場景的鋰電池叉車也成爲不少運營者的首選,合理選型與規範使用能夠有效提升作業效率,降低綜合成本。

首先是鋰電池叉車的選型要點。第一是通道參數適配,窄通道的寬度通常在1.8米到3米之間,選型前要準確測量倉庫通道的實際寬度、轉彎處尺寸以及貨物堆放的高度,優先選擇轉向半徑小、門架結構緊湊的車型,確保車輛在通道內能夠正常通行、順利轉向,避免出現剮蹭貨架或者通行受阻的情況。第二是負載與舉升需求匹配,要結合日常搬運的貨物平均重量、最大重量以及常用舉升高度選擇對應參數的車型,不要盲目追求過大負載,避免造成性能冗餘增加採購成本,也不要選擇負載不足的車型,防止長期過載作業縮短車輛使用壽命。第三是鋰電池性能適配,根據單日作業時長選擇對應容量的電池,若倉庫採用多班製作業,可以優先選擇支持快速換電的車型,同時要結合倉庫的作業環境,若是低溫倉儲或者潮溼環境,要選擇對應防護等級的鋰電池產品,確保電池在特殊環境下可以穩定運行。

其次是使用與日常維護建議。第一是作業前檢查,每次啓動車輛前要確認電池剩餘電量是否滿足作業需求,檢查門架、輪胎、制動系統是否正常,提前清理通道內的零散障礙物,避免作業過程中出現卡頓。第二是作業操作規範,在窄通道內行駛時要注意控制車速,最高速度不要超過每小時3公里,儘量避免急轉彎或者急剎車,舉升貨物時要確保貨物擺放平穩,不存在偏載、超出叉臂範圍的情況,舉升過程中周圍不要站人。第三是日常維護,鋰電池要避免過充過放,不要在極端溫度環境下充電,定期清潔電池電極處的灰塵與污漬,每半個月對車輛的轉向系統、制動系統、門架滑輪等部位進行檢查,發現磨損及時更換,避免出現安全隱患。
