新能源叉車作爲物流倉儲領域常用的作業設備,若因業務調整、淡季等原因需要長期停放,若沒有采取規範的維護措施,很容易出現電瓶虧電、部件老化鏽蝕等問題,影響後續的正常使用,甚至縮短車輛整體使用壽命。

首先要做好停放前的預處理工作。

要做好電源系統的養護,電源是新能源叉車的核心部件,長期停放前需將電瓶電量充至60%至70%,避免滿電存放導致的電芯過度損耗,也不能虧電停放引發電瓶硫化失效;完成充電後要斷開車輛總電源,拔掉負極接線,避免線路長期待電出現跑電情況,後續每月都要定期檢查電瓶剩餘電量,當電量低於50%時及時補充電量,始終維持電瓶的健康狀態。

要做好全車清潔工作,將車身表面的灰塵、污漬,以及叉臂、輪軸縫隙中殘留的貨物碎屑徹底清理乾淨,檢查車身表面是否有磕碰掉漆的位置,及時做防鏽補漆處理,避免長期停放出現鏽蝕;同時將操作面板、座椅等內飾區域擦拭乾淨,清理掉駕駛艙內的雜物,避免潮溼環境下出現發黴、異味問題。

其次要做好停放期間的定期運維。

要做好核心部件的常規檢查,每月檢查輪胎氣壓,維持在廠家規定的標準氣壓範圍內,避免輪胎長期受壓不均出現變形開裂;檢查液壓系統管路、接頭位置是否有漏油、鬆動的情況,手動測試製動踏板、轉向裝置的靈活性,避免部件長期靜置出現卡滯問題。

要選對存放環境,儘量將車輛停放在乾燥通風、防雨防曬的室內場地,不要放置在潮溼、露天或者有腐蝕性氣體的環境中,避免線路受潮短路,也減少陽光暴曬導致的塑料、橡膠部件老化開裂,車輛周圍不要堆放易燃易爆物品,消除安全隱患。

最後要做好重新啓用前的檢查工作。長期停放的新能源叉車重新使用前,首先要檢查電源接線是否完好無鬆動,通電後逐一測試升降、轉向、制動等功能是否正常,確認電瓶電壓符合運行標準後,先低速空載運行10到15分鐘,確認各個部件運行狀態都無異常後,再正式投入作業。做好以上全流程的維護工作,就能夠有效減少新能源叉車長期停放帶來的不必要損耗,降低後續維修成本,有效延長車輛的使用週期。
