鋰電叉車屬於場內專用機動車輛,按照監管要求必須完成上牌登記後方可投入作業。使用單位需攜帶車輛出廠合格證明、採購相關憑證、作業人員資質證明等材料,前往屬地市場監管部門提交上牌申請,配合工作人員完成車輛覈驗,確認車輛參數與備案信息一致、無私自改裝情況後,即可領取專用牌照。牌照需固定在車身顯眼位置,不得遮擋、塗改,轉借牌照的行爲屬於違規操作。

首先要落實作業人員資質要求,所有操作鋰電叉車的人員必須取得對應類別的特種設備作業人員證書,嚴禁無證人員操作車輛,作業過程中需嚴格遵守作業規範,不得超載、超速行駛,不得違規搭載人員。

其次要做好日常檢查與維護,每次作業前需對車輛剎車、燈光、電池狀態、輪胎狀況等進行排查,發現故障隱患需及時停機檢修,不得帶故障作業。鋰電電池充電需使用配套的合規充電設備,不得私自改裝電池結構、更改車輛原有參數。

最後要完善內部管理臺賬,詳細記錄車輛的使用、維護、故障檢修、年檢等相關信息,車輛達到報廢標準後要及時辦理報廢手續,不得超期服役。作業過程中需嚴格遵守場內交通規則,主動避讓行人,在坡道、狹窄通道等區域作業時需減速慢行,防範安全事故發生。
