充電環節的常見錯誤習慣

頻繁欠充過充

部分用戶爲了趕作業進度,經常電池沒充滿就拔下使用,或是作業結束後長期插着充電器不拔,這兩種行爲都會對電池內部的電芯結構造成損傷。鋰電池有固定的充放電循環次數,每次欠充都會讓電池活性物質無法完全反應,長期下來會出現容量衰減的問題;而過充則會導致電池內部溫度過高,增加電解液損耗,嚴重時甚至會出現安全隱患。

充電環境不符合要求

部分作業場景下,用戶爲了提高運輸效率,經常讓叉車承載超過額定載重的貨物,此時電池需要輸出更大的電流來維持動力,長期大電流放電會加速電芯的老化,讓電池容量快速下降,不僅縮短電池壽命,還會增加電機等其他核心部件的損耗。

虧電狀態長期存放

如果叉車長期閒置不用,不少用戶會直接停放在倉庫角落,沒有提前給電池充滿電,鋰電池在虧電狀態下存放,很容易出現硫酸鹽化現象,結晶物附着在極板上,會堵塞電離子通道,導致電池容量下降,閒置時間越長,電池的損耗就越嚴重,甚至可能出現無法再次充電的情況。

日常維護的錯誤做法

隨意自行拆解電池

部分用戶發現電池出現小故障時,會自行拆解檢查,鋰電池內部結構精密,沒有專業設備和防護措施的情況下拆解,很容易破壞內部密封結構,甚至引發短路、漏液等問題,不僅會直接損壞電池,還有可能造成安全事故。
