鋰電叉車的鋰離子電池是決定設備作業效率與使用成本的核心部件,做好日常維護保養不僅能減少故障發生率,還能有效延長電池的循環壽命,降低整體運維投入。

每次作業前後都要做好基礎檢查工作。首先檢查電池外殼是否存在磕碰、變形、漏液等異常情況,接線端子是否有鬆動、氧化痕跡,若表面附着灰塵、油污,要及時用乾燥的防靜電抹布擦拭乾淨,避免引發短路風險。同時要留意電池剩餘電量顯示,當電量低於20%時要及時停止作業充電,避免過度放電損耗電池內部活性物質,縮短使用壽命。

規範的充電操作是電池養護的核心環節。首先要注意充電環境的選擇,需在通風乾燥、遠離明火與易燃易爆物品的陰涼區域充電,避免在暴曬、雨淋或高溫高溼環境下操作,環境溫度儘量保持在10℃到30℃之間,溫度過高易引發充電過熱鼓包,溫度過低則會降低充電效率,長期會損傷電池內部結構。充電時要使用參數匹配的專用充電器,不要混用不同規格的充電設備,插線時先連接電池端接口再接通電源,充滿電後先斷開電源再拔下電池端接口,不要長時間過充,電量充滿後浮充時間不要超過半小時,單次總充電時長儘量控制在12小時以內。

作業過程中要注意負載控制,不要長期超載作業,超載會使電池持續處於大電流放電狀態,大幅縮短循環壽命,遇到陡坡、顛簸路面時要減速行駛,降低電池瞬時放電壓力。如果叉車需要長期存放,要提前將電池電量充至60%到80%,存放在乾燥陰涼的區域,每月補充充電一次,避免虧電存放導致電池內部出現不可逆的硫化問題。

每三個月要對電池的運行參數進行一次全面檢測,若發現參數異常要及時調整維護,不要帶故障運行。日常使用中不要自行拆解電池,出現故障要聯繫專業運維人員處理,避免引發安全隱患。
