雨季空氣溼度大、路面積水較多,是電動叉車故障的高發時段,做好作業規範管控與日常養護,能有效減少電路短路、部件鏽蝕等問題,降低設備故障概率,保障作業效率與安全。

雨季電動叉車使用注意事項

作業前的安全檢查。每次出車前要重點檢查制動系統靈敏度、輪胎花紋磨損情況,確認輪胎抓地力符合作業要求,同時檢查車燈、雨刮器是否可以正常工作,保障雨天作業視野清晰,還要檢查車體外殼是否有開裂、破損的情況,避免雨水滲入設備內部結構造成隱患。

作業過程的操作規範。遇到路面積水時,要先判斷積水深度,水位超過車輪輪轂三分之一時禁止強行通過,防止積水進入電池艙、電機艙引發短路故障。行駛過程中要適當降低車速,避免緊急制動、急轉彎,防止車輛側滑側翻,露天作業遇到強降雨時要第一時間將車輛轉移到遮蔽區域,避免長時間淋雨。

雨季電動叉車日常保養要點

電路系統防潮維護。每日作業結束後,要及時擦乾車體表面的水漬,重點檢查電池接線端、電機接線處是否有受潮、氧化的情況,發現鏽跡要及時清理,避免出現接觸不良的問題。停放車輛的車庫要保持通風乾燥,不要將車輛長期停放在潮溼密閉的空間,也可以定期用乾燥的壓縮空氣吹掃電路接口處的灰塵與潮氣,降低受潮風險。

車體與部件防鏽處理。雨季要適當增加鏈條、軸承等傳動部件的潤滑頻率,每次潤滑前要先擦乾部件表面的水分,避免水分被裹在潤滑油下引發鏽蝕。對於車體表面掉漆的位置,要及時補塗防鏽漆,避免雨水長期侵蝕導致鏽斑擴大,影響車體結構強度。

動力單元專項養護。每週要檢查一次電池艙的密封情況,確認密封條沒有老化開裂,防止積水滲入艙內。如果電池表面有水漬,要用幹抹布擦拭乾淨,保持表面乾燥,避免出現漏電、跑電的情況,同時要定期檢查電池的電解液液位,確保各項參數處於正常範圍。
