在電動叉車日常作業中,舉升無力是較爲常見的故障表現,不少操作者遇到這類問題時往往無從下手,其實很多時候罪魁禍首是液壓濾芯堵塞。液壓系統作爲電動叉車舉升功能的核心動力來源,液壓濾芯承擔着過濾油液中雜質、保障油液清潔度的關鍵作用,一旦濾芯堵塞,就會直接影響液壓系統的正常運轉。

液壓濾芯堵塞引發舉升無力的原理並不複雜。電動叉車的舉升動作依賴液壓泵輸送高壓油液推動油缸,而液壓濾芯負責攔截油液中的金屬碎屑、粉塵、膠質等雜質。當濾芯使用時間過長,或工作環境中雜質較多時,濾芯的過濾孔會逐漸被堵塞,導致油液流通阻力增大,液壓泵無法爲油缸提供足夠的壓力,最終出現舉升緩慢、甚至無法舉升的情況。此外,長期堵塞還可能加劇液壓泵、油缸等部件的磨損,引發更嚴重的故障。

在更換液壓濾芯前,需要做好充分的準備工作。首先,將電動叉車停放在平坦且通風良好的區域,拉起手剎並關閉電源,確保作業安全;其次,準備好適配的新液壓濾芯、扳手、接油容器、清潔抹布等工具和配件,注意新濾芯的型號要與叉車液壓系統匹配,避免因型號不符導致密封不良或過濾效果不佳;最後,提前查閱叉車的操作手冊,瞭解液壓濾芯的具體安裝位置,做到心中有數。

具體的更換流程可分爲以下幾步:第一步,排放舊液壓油。找到液壓油箱的放油口,將接油容器置於下方,緩慢打開放油閥,待舊油完全排放後關閉閥門,注意收集的舊油要妥善處理,避免污染環境。第二步,拆卸舊濾芯。使用扳手小心擰下舊濾芯,過程中要避免濾芯內的雜質掉落進液壓油路,拆卸後可觀察濾芯表面的污染程度,進一步確認故障原因。第三步,清潔安裝座。用清潔抹布擦拭濾芯安裝座的接觸面,檢查密封墊圈是否有破損或老化,若存在問題需及時更換新的密封件,防止後續出現漏油情況。第四步,安裝新濾芯。在新濾芯的密封圈上塗抹少量乾淨的液壓油,然後用手將濾芯擰入安裝座,待密封圈貼合後,再用扳手輕輕擰緊,注意不要過度用力,以免損壞濾芯或安裝座。第五步,添加新液壓油。按照叉車手冊規定的油位標準,向液壓油箱內添加適配的液壓油,添加過程中要避免油液混入雜質。第六步,測試舉升功能。啓動叉車,反覆操作舉升手柄,觀察舉升動作是否恢復正常,同時檢查液壓系統是否有漏油現象,確保更換後的系統運轉穩定。

除了故障後的更換,日常維護也至關重要。建議按照叉車的保養週期定期更換液壓濾芯,一般情況下每工作500小時左右即可進行一次更換;日常作業後要及時清理叉車表面的粉塵和雜物,減少雜質進入液壓系統的概率;定期檢查液壓油的顏色和狀態,若發現油液渾濁、發黑,需及時更換,從源頭上降低濾芯堵塞的風險。
