電池相關參數是首要覈對項

首先看電池容量與循環壽命。不要只單獨看標註的安時數,要結合額定電壓計算實際儲能大小,同時要確認循環壽命的測試標準,明確是在額定放電倍率、常規溫度環境下的測試數值,避免選到虛標參數的產品。

其次看電池防護等級。不同作業場景對電池的防護能力要求不同,若是庫房存在潮溼、粉塵較多或者偶爾有潑濺的情況,要確認防護等級的測試場景是否適配自身作業環境,不要只看數值盲目選擇。

整車作業參數要結合使用場景覈對

續航與充電參數要確認測試工況。不要只看標稱的續航時長,要問清測試的具體工況,是連續滿載作業時長還是空載行駛時長,根據自身日常作業強度判斷是否夠用。充電參數要區分快充至80%的時間與完全充滿的時間,若有作業間隙補電的需求,可優先選擇支持隨充隨用的產品。
