明確核心作業參數

載重與舉升高度匹配

選型最先要確認的是實際載重需求,計算時需要包含貨物、托盤以及附加工裝的總重量,同時要兼顧作業峯值時的臨時載重需求,避免選擇額定載重剛剛貼合日常均值的車型,防止長期過載作業縮短設備使用壽命。舉升高度則要對應倉庫貨架的最高存取高度,預留15到20釐米的安全餘量,同時確認作業區域的淨高可以滿足貨物舉升到最高位時的空間要求,避免出現頂碰管線、消防設施的風險。

作業通道參數適配

還要提前測量作業通道的寬度,不同轉向模式的車型對通道寬度的要求存在差異,如果通道空間較爲狹窄,可以優先選擇轉向更靈活的車型,避免後續作業出現通行、轉向困難的問題,也無需額外調整倉庫佈局產生額外成本。

作業場景適配選型

特殊工況適配

如果作業場景是冷庫、潔淨車間等特殊環境,要選擇對應防護等級的車型,滿足低溫、無塵等場景的使用要求。如果作業區域以環氧地坪爲主,要選擇質地較軟、不會劃傷地坪、不掉碎屑的輪胎款式。如果涉及戶外作業,要選擇防塵防水等級更高、底盤高度適配路面平整度的車型,避免雨天、路面不平整導致的設備故障。

作業頻次與續航匹配

要根據單日作業時長、作業頻次選擇對應續航的車型,如果是多班倒連續作業,可以選擇支持快速換電的款式,搭配備用電池實現不間斷作業。如果單日作業時長較短,選擇基礎續航的車型即可,不用爲多餘的續航配置支付額外成本。

全生命週期成本考量

選型時不要只關注初始採購價格,還要綜合考量後續的維保成本、能耗水平、配件通用性等因素,選擇維保便捷、能耗符合預期的車型,降低長期運營成本。
