電商物流倉儲是貨物週轉的核心節點,車輛選型直接影響作業效率與成本。作爲電動叉車領域的從業者,我觀察到近兩年很多中小型電商倉、大型前置倉都會將1.5噸級鋰電款作爲主力備選,今天就從選車角度切入,再結合近期走訪多個電商倉看到的日常作業細節來聊聊。

電商物流倉儲選叉車爲什麼很多優先看1.5噸級鋰電款,首先得提它的作業場景適配性。電商倉的貨物多是中小件,堆疊到托盤上的總重量一般在0.8噸到1.4噸之間,1.5噸級的額定載重剛好覆蓋需求,不會出現載重不足的問題,也不會因爲選更大噸位而增加採購和倉儲空間佔用。另外,電商倉的通道普遍比較窄,大多數1.5噸級電動叉車的轉彎半徑較小,能在2.5米左右的通道內靈活轉向、堆垛,對於寸土寸金的倉儲空間來說很友好。

然後是運營成本的考量。鋰電款電動叉車不需要像鉛酸款那樣預留專門的充電加水區域,充電速度也比較快,快充兩三個小時就能支撐大半天的作業,慢充一夜基本能覆蓋第二天的兩班或三班倒需求,不需要配備備用電池組,能節省一部分設備和空間成本。而且鋰電池的使用壽命普遍較長,日常維護也比較簡單,不需要像鉛酸電池那樣定期進行補水、清潔電極等操作,能降低人工維護成本。

接下來聊聊我近期走訪看到的1.5噸鋰電叉車日常作業細節,也就是大家常說的“實拍要點”式的實用觀察。首先是入倉理貨環節,大貨車停在倉庫門口,用搬運車把托盤運到倉內後,1.5噸鋰電叉車會快速銜接,把托盤運到對應的驗收區或者待上架區。這個環節要求車輛啓動平穩、轉向精準,避免托盤上的中小件散落,很多1.5噸級鋰電款都能做到這一點。

然後是揀備貨區補貨環節,電商倉的揀備貨區一般離出庫區比較近,貨架高度在3米到6米之間,1.5噸鋰電叉車的起升高度基本能覆蓋這個範圍,起升速度也比較適中,能快速把上層貨架的貨物補到下層的揀選位上。這個環節還要注意車輛的噪音控制,避免影響揀貨員的工作,大多數鋰電款電動叉車的噪音都比較小。

最後是出庫裝車前的短駁堆垛環節,揀貨完成的訂單會打包成托盤,1.5噸鋰電叉車會把這些托盤運到出庫暫存區,根據車次和目的地進行臨時堆垛,方便後續裝車。這個環節要求車輛的制動系統靈敏,避免在暫存區發生碰撞。
