充電環節常見誤區

避免長時間虧電存放

很多使用者在叉車閒置時會忘記給電池補電,長期處於虧電狀態的鋰電池,表面會生成硫酸鉛結晶附着在極板上,堵塞電離子傳輸通道,不僅會大幅降低電池容量,還會縮短整體使用壽命,建議閒置期每半個月補電一次,保持電量在60%以上。

不要過度充電

不少人習慣將電池充滿後長時間不拔充電器,過度充電會導致電解液中的水分分解揮發,造成電池鼓包、內阻上升,長期如此還會帶來安全隱患,建議充電完成後1小時內及時斷開電源。

不要隨意混用充電器

低溫環境不要直接滿負荷作業

不要用溼抹布擦拭電池接口

電池接口處帶有金屬導電部件,用溼潤的抹布擦拭很容易造成短路,引發打火、燒壞電路的問題,建議用乾燥的軟毛刷或者幹抹布清理接口處的灰塵和污漬。

不要自行拆解故障電池

鋰電池內部結構精密,即便出現小故障,也不要自行拆解維修,操作不當很容易造成電池漏液、短路甚至起火,出現異常時建議聯繫專業的維修人員處理。
