日常作業前基礎檢查要點

門架系統檢查

高門架是叉車承載作業的核心部件,每次作業前要先檢查門架滑軌間隙是否均勻,有沒有卡滯的異物,門架鏈條的張緊度是否一致,表面有沒有裂紋、磨損超標的情況,空載狀態下反覆測試2到3次升降動作,確認門架運行平穩無異常異響,升降限位裝置觸發靈敏,避免作業過程中出現貨物墜落或者門架卡滯的問題。

行走制動系統檢查

作業前要確認輪胎胎壓符合使用標準,胎面沒有破損、鼓包或者嵌入尖銳雜物,制動踏板踩踏行程處於合理區間,空載狀態下測試前進、後退、轉向動作,確認運行平穩無異響,緊急制動時制動距離符合安全標準,避免作業中出現制動失靈的隱患。

作業結束後的常規維護

動力系統養護

電動叉車的動力核心是動力電池,作業結束後要先清理電池表面的浮塵、污漬,如果有電解液滲漏殘留要及時用專用抹布擦拭乾淨,不要立刻連接充電器充電,要待電池溫度回落至常溫後再開展充電操作,單次充電儘量充滿後再斷開電源,避免頻繁淺充淺放影響電池使用壽命,車輛長期閒置時要每月完成一次滿充補電。

部件歸置與清潔

作業結束後要將貨叉降至最低位置,拉緊手剎,將車輛停放在乾燥通風、無暴曬淋雨的專用停放區域,及時清理車身表面的貨物碎屑、粉塵污漬,重點清理轉向、傳動部位纏繞的雜物,避免部件運轉時出現卡滯磨損。

定期深度保養建議

車輛累計作業滿500小時後,建議開展一次全面深度保養,爲門架滑軌、傳動鏈條、軸承等摩擦部件加註專用潤滑脂,檢查全車線路絕緣層是否存在破損、老化的情況,接線端子有沒有鬆動、氧化的問題,同時檢測液壓系統的油位和油質,如果油液渾濁或者液位低於標準值要及時補充或更換。如果車輛長期在高粉塵、高溼度的惡劣環境下作業,可以將深度保養的週期適當縮短,每次保養做好對應記錄,方便後續故障排查時參考。
